Dynamic Field of View
With scan volumes ranging from down to 2x2 cm up to 15x15 cm, it is possible to choose the field of view that matches the indication optimally - down to the single molar.
The field of view can be placed accurately using scout images, leading to significant reduction of unnecessary radiation exposure.
Diagnostic quality
Motion Correction
Motion correction should be the defacto standard for CBCT imaging - however, X1 remains the only unit to apply information about patient motion to the images.
The results speak for themselves. Without motion correction (left), details become invisible, and images require more interpretation for correct diagnosis, if at all possible. With motion correction (right), details are preserved, and images are readily useful for diagnostics.
